TauTrigMon : save quantities used for HLT Trig efficiency calculation in TTree

This MR will add a TTree in TrigTauMonitoring output storing quantities used for HLT tau trigger efficiency calculation per single event. This will allow to:

• re-calculated the efficiency vs pt, eta, phi, mu using custom binning without re-running monitoring multiple times with different binning
• more in depth studies of trigger efficiency with possible extra selection per event
