Fix for reading Material Map from the calibration area in ActsTrackingGeometrySvc · 99d6bf4b

The base path rather than the resolved path was being passed to the
`Acts::JsonMaterialDecorator`. Fixed and updated variable names to make this clearer.
Should resolve the discussions on ATLINFR-4621.
