Fix test_AtlasG4_CosmicSimTR.sh ART job

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:FixATLASSIM-6006_22.0 into 22.0

This job used zero as the first event number. This causes a crash after !56054 (merged). This MR switches the job to use one rather than zero. Should fix ATLASSIM-6006.

This MR only updates an ART script, so should have no effect on the CI output.
