TrigMinBiasMonitoring: Pair empty and unpaired chains with correct references

Explicitly pair filled, empty and unpaired MB chains with correct reference, e.g. instead of HLT_mb_sptrk_L1MBTS_2_UNPAIRED_ISO\_ref\_HLT\_noalg\_L1RD0\_FILLED use HLT_mb_sptrk_L1MBTS_2_UNPAIRED_ISO\_ref\_HLT\_noalg\_L1RD0\_UNPAIRED_ISO.
