DataQualityConfigurations: Update Tile DQ WD config for data corruption tests

The threashold for data corruption test has been increased for EBA40 due to known issue for cosmic and HI runs.

Tile data corruption test configurations (for collisions, cosmics and HI runs) have been updated to specify which bin contains number of entries (events) to calculate correctly fraction of errors.
