Update Run 3 MC CI tests and inputs

Update Run 3 MC CI tests and inputs to use latest geometry and conditions and consistently 13.6 TeV samples. Files are put in a common location and are prepared in 50 and 100 event sizes.

Will certainly require reference updates but let's abuse the CI for that :)

Also define default Run 3/4 inputs, but these are not used anywhere (yet).
