Add job HITS/RDO/AOD to Run4 tracking ART outputs

I'm adding *.root to art-output. This will contain HITS, RDOs and AODs, which would help us diagnose and follow up the results from the jobs.

I think the added files should be about 100M-200M in total per job.

There were multiple CI triggers for this MR and commit. The system ignored duplicates but the GitLab pipeline status may incorrectly show the job as failed. Once the remaining job finished running, the CI results will be posted as usual.

After discussion with @tcuhadar, I switched art-output to *.root to pick up HITS/RDOs/AODs. I also added art-html: dcube_last as recommended.
