AnalysisTop: Allow Trigger SFs for TightTrackOnly ISO WPs

This MR modifies the code to allow for the use of Trigger SFs in combination with TightTrackOnly(_FixedRad) isolation by removing the previous fallback to Gradient isolation. Since these WPs are not supported for QMisID SFs, a corresponding protection has been added to the code.
