TrfTestsARTPlots: add runNumber options to MC tests

This is a follow-up to MR !56759 (merged)

Add runNumber command line options to the q443 and q445 MC tests so that the pileup reweighting algorithm for the PHYSLITE production works correctly in the 2 TrfTestsARTPlots test.

The CI test failure CITest_RecoRun3Data_Bulk-test is unrelated to this MR.

This is wrong. Run number should be set to MC channel number.

• for q443 why is it even needed?
• for q445 it will not be needed anymore when we update the tag.
