Set up different keys for L1Calo simulation during monitoring (ATR-26024)

In preparation for the monitoring of the L1Calo FEX systems in data using the simulation https://its.cern.ch/jira/browse/ATR-26024 the simulated keys are required to be different (add "Sim" to the end of the key)
