Updating InDetAlignMonitoring and InDetPerformanceMonitoring

Same MR as !56514 (merged) but targeting 22.0.

Forgot to add alsoTargeting:22.0 flag until it was too late. Cherry-picked commits on current 22.0.

hi @psabatin, it looks like those changes broke two of the nightly ART Tier0ChainTests (not 100% sure but I think those are the two that run with monitoring enabled):

Can you please take a look? To reproduce, if needed, you can simply run the Reco_tf command of test_reco_with_derived_outputs.sh with yesterday's 22.0 nightly.
