CaloRecGPU: migrated to reading CaloDetDescrManager from the CondStore

BasicConstantGPUDataExporter switched to reading CaloDDManager from the CondStore. Other classes changed by this commit switched to retrieving CaloCell_ID helper from the Detector Store instead of getting it through the Calo DD manager.

CaloDetDescrManager::instance() will soon be deprecated
