Fix tau selection for Run 3

Mark Sutton requested to merge sutt/athena:tauwoes into 22.0

Apparently the offline taus use RNN rather than BDT for their selection now It is a shame that they could not have siomply used "LOOSE", "MEDIUM" etc, and changed the definition as appropriate.
