HypoAlgo node fix, adding navigation test code, modifying config files

Fix for HypoAlgo nodes split and proper hask key propagation. Adding AODCONV labels in TriggerEDMRun2.py Adding navigation (NavigationTesterAlg) with testNav.py This is the proper branch derived from 22.0. The MR will replace !56950 (closed) (see the comments) and !55509 (closed).
