Disable diff-pool regression tests for MT Simulation ART jobs (ATLASSIM-6041)

Different ordering of event in the HITS file, can lead to different compression results, so the size of collections on disk can vary. This means that diff-pool can throw up false positives. This should fix ATLASSIM-6041
