Addded g50_loose in bootstrap list and fixed EOL typos and spaces

This is a simple modification of TrigEgammaMontioring tool config so we monitor g50_loose_L1EM20VH bootstrapping from g25_loose_L1EM20VH.

Typo fixed and spaces on end of lines were removed from some lists.
