TrigP1Test: update cosmics test to use Run3 input

Hello,

This MR is updating the input of a trigger ART test to use Run3 cosmics data instead of Run2 cosmics data. Follow-up of !56994 (merged). "Addresses" the failure reported in ATR-26453, now we get a different failure that is consistently affecting many tests (ATR-26449).

A last MR will follow to update an ID trigger test, which will phase out "data_cos_run2", once !57375 (merged) is merged.
