Monitoring updates for LAr: monitoring DT, binning for LAr cells, FEBMon data corruption treatment

Adding some monitoring plots for the digital trigger, and fixing some existing DT plots. Updating the binning for LAr single cells in order to remove bins which contain multiple cells. Fixing the treatment of data corruption in FEBMon, so that we do not count noise bursts as data corruption.
