Fix LAr CAF dumper

Pavol Strizenec requested to merge pavol/athena:fix_LArCAF_4 into 22.0

This should fix a filling of one branch in dumper used in CAF jobs, plus autoconfigure DT jobs. Code is used only in special LAr processing, not in standard reco.
