Changing AODCOMM category to AODFULL for 3 jet containers

Catrin Bernius requested to merge bernius/athena:changeCOMMtoFULLjets into 22.0

This is a transparent change for the EDM, as the AODCOMM category is already included in AODFULL. It's just to mark that the containers are to be kept in AODFULL and are not for commissioning only. The containers for which this was changed are for the primary preselection and/or back up non-pflow triggers.
