Adding HH4b-seeded beamspot chain to Physics menu

This MR now adds the previously missing HH4b-seeded beamspot chain to the Physics menu. This chain is supposed to add up the stats for the already added other beamspot chains that make use of the jet tracking sequence.

Associated jiras are ATR-26394 and ATR-23061. Thanks a million to @khoo for his help once again. Tag to @cantel as I modified the jet signature dict by adding a preselection. Tag to @lidiaz as menu coordinator. Tag @cpollard, @lbeemste for info, as we try a technically looser presel than is used in the primary from this L1 seed (but the impact of the additional 2j20 beyond the 2b is probably negligible)

It would be good if this MR would be accepted in time for the next online release to be built.
