Part of the debugging for ATLASSIM-5960/ATLASSIM-6019. Previously the CA-based monopole simulation jobs were skipping monopoles enitrely. They now fail in the same way as legacy configuration monopole simulation jobs. This second failure is still being debugged and will be fixed in a separate MR.
