CITest: add diff-root in CA vs. legacy reco configuration comparison

Updates in Athena CITest:

  • Add RecoRun3Data_CAConfig and RecoRun3Data_LegacyVsCA tests (q449)
  • Increase the CA reco tests to 25 events
  • Add a diff-root test for 5 events in the CA vs. legacy reco configuration comparisons for q442/3/5/9 - this comparison skips several containers/branches which are known still to produce differences

These changes increase the Total Test time (real) = 1573.68 sec to Total Test time (real) = 2103.90 sec when executed with ctest -R CITest_.*LegacyVsCA -j16 on an aibuild16 machine.

Tagging @nstyles, @jcatmore, @emoyse, @tadej, @fwinkl and leaving the MR in draft since I expect discussions/feedback on the MR proposal.
