Update AnalysisTop CI config files

Couple of updates for configuration files used by CI tests for AnalysisTop:

  • Fix accidental uncommened NEvents in validation-cuts
  • Update default BTagging CDI file to the most recent one and switch to DL1dv01 b-tagging algorithm
  • Temporarily disabled Taus in validation-cuts-mc21, until tau SF correction tools support 2022 run numbers
