TrkTrack : Consolidate in one place the main TSOS types. Add test for Trk::Track

  • What was under TrkMultiComponentStateOnSurface is now under TrkTrack alongide the TrackStateOnSurface and AEOTrackStateOnSurface
  • The ComponentParameters and MultiComponentState which are simple typedefs involving Trk::Parameters are moved under TrkParameters
  • Added a test for constructing Trk::Track starting from the different TSOS types
