CITest: update some parameters in RecoLegacyVsCA.sh

Updates in AtlasTest/CITest/test/RecoLegacyVsCA.sh:

• Remove --ignoreMuons and --ignoreMET from comparexAODDigest.py
• Increase diff-root comparison from 5 to 10 events. In local tests on an aibuild16 machine this increased ctest -R CITest_.*LegacyVsCA -j16 by only 30-60s
• Update --ignore-leaves parameter list of diff-root to index_ref TrigNavigationAux CombinedMuonTrackParticlesAux EventInfoAux InDetForwardTrackParticlesAux MuonTruthParticlesAuxDyn SlowMuonsAux
