Automatic filename selection for full-CW reading in TrigT1TGC
The filename for the L1TGC coincidence window in the calibration area has different filename, due to the difference either full-specific or octant-symmetric.
This MR changes that BigWheelCoincidenceLUT will choose proper filename and read it, when the version name is provided.
The output will not change by this MR, but it is needed for our further studies for CW optimization.
