LArCaliWaves2Ntuple: Fixes to work w/o writing the calib-line ID to the ntuple

Minor fix for LArCaliWaves2Ntuple.

Note that this code is only used during the LAr Electronic Calibration procedure and not used in any other production nor tested by the CI.
