Minor hotSpotInHIST update : renaming histo type and adding new HLT object

The hotSpotInHIST is a standalone script to identify the LBs where a noise happened making use of the unmerged Tier0 file. I am the main developer.

The new version contains new HLT object (the histo types have also been renamed to make them more explicit)

The script was successfully tested.
