Rename indexes of ID in the HGTD_GmxInterface
Due to the historical reason when SiHit was chosen for HGTD, the ID scheme names convention has been followed the same as in SiHit endcap, layer, eta, phi, but in the XML implementation, we changed these names eta and phi to be meaningful (phi => rowNumber and eta => moduleNumberInRow) in the new geotag ATLAS-P2-RUN4-01-00-02 (old ID scheme), The MR aims to make HGTD_GmxInerface class compatible with the new geo tag.
