Moving master derivation ARTs to CA

Cristiano Alpigiani requested to merge calpigia/athena:master-MovingDerivationARTstoCA into master

This MR updates all derivation ARTs in master to use the CA. Given all formats have been migrated to CA, the legacy tests are not needed anymore.

I took this opportunity to update also the input files, now containing only 1k events (tests should run faster than before).

I created tests for both mc20 and mc21, as well as data18 and data22. Given some of the recent crashes in data appeared only on Run 3 files, it's probably important to keep monitored both Run 2 and Run 3 data (at least for the moment).
