Adding large-R truth labels to JETM1

Chris Malena Delitzsch requested to merge cdelitzs/athena:21.2-truthLabel-JETM1 into 21.2

This MR adds the large-R truth labels for UFO SoftDrop jets to JETM1. These variables are needed to derive the topology uncertainties.

The MR should not be swept to master because the truth labels are decorated differently to the large-R jets in R23 and they are present already in the derivations.
