Change the name of HGTD sensor in GMX implementation

Selaiman Ridouani requested to merge atlas-hgtd/athena:HGTD-GMX-SensorName into master

In the ATLAS-P2-RUN4-02-00-00 geotag, the HGTD will be moved to the new ID scheme, and to have control over the CNL when using ReplicXYarrays, we change the name of the sensors in the XML. Here we change this name in the config file of the SD class as well.
