Bug fixes for BJT in R22

This MR

• implements the Ntrk variable needed for the ANN tagger (centrally calculated now in JSSTaggerBase rather than calculating it in various places) [feature which was not migrated from R21 to R22 beforehand]
• fixes some of the substructure variables used in the top DNN tagger (values stored in the DAOD were overwritten with default values)
• updates the testing scripts to run in R22 with the latest config files
