Ensure that 'Truth' is added to the SimulatedDetectors and DigitizedDetectors metadata in ComponentAccumulator-based jobs for compatibility with legacy configuration. The presence of 'Truth' in these lists is ignored in CA-based configuration as there is no ConfigFlags.Detector.EnableTruth flag.

This will help with ATLPHYSVAL-913.
