AsgTesting: Fix build problem after switch to ROOT v6-28-00-patches in dev4 nightlies

This MR addresses a build problem of AsTesting package after the switch of the dev4 nightlies to the ROOT v6-28-00-patches branch. This problem was also already visible in the dev3 nightly before.
