CaloTools+FastCaloSim+TrkVKalVrtFitter: update unit tests for changed in ROOT messaging

With gaudi/Gaudi!1412 (merged) messages from ROOT will be forwarded through the MessageSvc and they will look like regular Athena/Gaudi messages. Adapt a few unit tests to the changes in the output format (in a backwards compatible manner).

This merge request affects 3 packages:

• Calorimeter/CaloTools
• Simulation/FastShower/FastCaloSim
• Tracking/TrkVertexFitter/TrkVKalVrtFitter

Affected files list will not be printed in this case
