Georgios Lamprinoudis requested to merge glamprin/athena:web_display_stgc into master

Addition to stgc web display for the master branch of athena. This implementation adds the Luminosity plots, Global plots, Timing plots and cluster size plots to the project, making it able to produce a web display for the master branch sTCG offline monitoring. @makbiyik @gvasquez @sfuenzal @estel @chchau @carquin
