AnalysisTop: Update MCP trigger configuration & enable Taus

Update validation and example config files of AnalysisTop. For validation, we now also run Taus in mc21. For the new MCP recommendations, the update of muon trigger configuration is also necessary, otherwise the log is full of spam from the muon trigger efficiency tool.
