TrigP1Test: check important HLT properties in CI/ART test

We have a few very important property settings that if not set correctly, would create huge problems at P1 but would not necessarily be detected when running offline.

Add a check for those property values into test_trigP1_v1PhysP1_build (which runs as part of the CI).
