Migrate some combined muon trigger algs to use CA based configuration
Updating some of the combined muon trigger algorithms to use directly the CA based configuration in the legacy trigger configuration (and wrapping them in algorithmCAToGlobalWrapper), and update the corresponding menu sequences to pass the config flags through to the reco sequences (ATR-25086). A couple of minor configuration updates to get the correct configuration of some tools for the trigger:
- CombinedMuonIDHoleSearch tool: updated to use settings as in legacy trigger version
- Setting a more correct muon trigger flag for the inner detector track selector
- Switching off the MuonLayerSegemntMatching
