Removal of obsolete JETMX configurations and smart slimming lists

A fun winter cleaning of the DerivationFrameworkJetEtMiss 😄

  • outdated smart slimming lists are removed
  • all old derivation configurations are removed

Two new smart slimming lists are included for low pT PFlow and EMTopo jets to be used in JETM3 in the future.
