[AGENE-2156] Fix for path to libraries in gg4l POWHEG

Dear all,

this is a fix for the missing path to cln, ginac, and chaplin libraries during the runtime of gg4l.

Tested with 21.6.102 and the corresponding POWHEGPATH: /cvmfs/atlas.cern.ch/repo/sw/Generators/powheg/ATLASOTF-gg4l-TEST

Also fixed minor points in the example config.
