Update to Gaudi v36r10.000

Update Gaudi to v36r10.000 - the release notes are at https://gitlab.cern.ch/gaudi/Gaudi/-/releases/v36r10. The main motivation are the fixes for boost 1.81 which makes it compatible for LCG103 and the current dev LCG nightlies.

2 of the unit-test failures are unrelated to this MR and also show up in the latest Athena nightly https://bigpanda.cern.ch/testsview/?nightly=master_Athena_x86_64-centos7-gcc11-opt&rel=2023-02-15T2101&ar=x86_64-centos7-gcc11-opt&proj=Athena. There is a 300s timeout in AthExHive_AthExHiveCond_test that should also be unrelated.

I am puzzled about the CITest_DerivationRun3MC_PHYSLITE test failure - that also should be completely unrelated to this MR - did this show up in any recent MR CI pipeline ?
