Update to Gaudi v36r10.000

Update Gaudi to v36r10.000 - the release notes are at https://gitlab.cern.ch/gaudi/Gaudi/-/releases/v36r10. The main motivation are the fixes for boost 1.81 which makes it compatible for LCG103 and the current dev LCG nightlies.
