Muon trigger: add test chains for 4mu analysis (ATR-22782)

Two chains are added to the Dev_pp_run3_v1 menu in order to get RATE/COST estimations:

  • 'HLT_mu4_ivarloose_mu4_L1BPH-7M14-0DR25-MU5VFMU3VF'
  • 'HLT_mu4_ivarloose_2mu3noL1_L1BPH-7M14-0DR25-MU5VFMU3VF'

All chains seeded from 'L1_BPH-7M14-0DR25-MU5VFMU3VF' are put to the EOFBPhysL1MuGroup group
