AthenaConfiguration: Disable detailed control and data flow dependency printouts in CA-based jobs

Akin to !60785 (merged), this MR aims to reduce the log file sizes in the CA-based jobs. In the SPOT data22 RAWtoALL test job, printing the data dependencies adds around 7500 lines, data flow a whopping 18000 lines, and the control flow another 500 or so lines. I don't think we need this information by default.
