Remove now un-needed special egamma CA test, as the std uses CA

e.g [https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/master/Reconstruction/egamma/egammaValidation/test/ut_egammaARTJob_test.sh]

is running now the CA command anyhow, so no need to anymore test it separately I guess
