MuonTrackTruthTool: fix HepMC2 compilation

John Derek Chapman requested to merge jchapman/athena:MuonTruthAlgs_HepMC2_main into master

HepMC2 has no equivalent of HepMC3/PrintStreams.h and HepMC3/Print.h, so have to add back some of the preprocessor checks removed in !60725 (merged).
We are trying to keep the master--HepMC2 nightly going for now to allow performance comparisons with the main HepMC3-based nightlies.
