PileupReweighting: add support for MC23a

This MR is adding support for the MC23a campaign in AutoconfigurePRW.py, which currently crashes on MC23a inputs (ATLASDPD-1882). The ROOT file can be found here: /afs/cern.ch/work/m/martindl/public/mc23a_prw/mc23a.410000.physlite.prw.v1.root It has not yet been put in the calibration area on EOS. I would kindly ask experts to have a quick look and check the file. It was prepared based on mc21a.410000.physlite.prw.v1.root, with the mu profile taken from Tommaso's last update: https://gitlab.cern.ch/atlas/athena/-/blob/master/Simulation/RunDependentSim/RunDependentSimData/python/PileUpProfile_run410000_MC23a_MultiBeamspot.py
